Bosch Rexroth in cooperation with more7 Polska created aWorkflow module in their copyrighted CRM - piloT. Detailed analysis of the requirements was the basis for the development of customer relationship management for Bosch Rexroth to provide a platform to create active mediation process support for business.
We were looking for a company with extensive experience in the design of CRM systems, that will help us in the development of our CRM system. The choice was a company more7 Polska. What convinced us was an experience of more7 in designing applications based on open source solutions. - explains Michał Boguszewski, project manager from Bosch Rexroth.
As part of the development of the CRM piloT, following functionality were implemented:
- system of documentation and information flow - Workflow (in particular inquiries and customer orders).
- MS Outlook calendar sync with calendar CRM piloT - plugin to MS Outlook.
