REMONDIS Electrorecycling has more than 10 years of experience in collection, recovery and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment. In Poland, is a leader in the field of waste management, recycling and cleaning.


REMONDIS Group as priorities of its activities considered: customer satisfaction, reliability, flexibility, environmental protection, safety and efficiency. When choosing management system, Remondis guided itself by two main criteria: ease of preparation tenders and consistency of the data. In order to support and enhance these activities, the company REMONDIS Electrorecycling decided to implement a system to manage customer relationships.

Firstly they were looking for a system with mechanisms for generating and archiving offers addressed to customers. In addition, the condition was effective data management associated with waste containers, including terms of the exchange. Among the products that meet the above criteria, was the selected system CRM7 from more7 Polska.

The implemented system has been adapted to the needs of mainly two divisions - Commercial and Logistics . Available functionality allow easier and faster insight into the history of relations with the client, effective service of existing customers and attract new ones. Another convenience for users of the CRM7 in REMONDIS Electrorecycling are automatically generated reports, which allow for the a analysis of the results and preparation of clear statements in text or graphics.
